Izabella Bukowska (February 14, 1973 - ) is a Polish actress and voice actress. As a voice actress, she is known for voicing such characters as Viper in the Kung Fu Panda franchise, Jessie in the Toy Story franchise, Cortana in the HALO franchise, Bianca in Pokemon: Black & White, and Kiva in Megas XLR.
