- Scorponok is a Decepticon from the Aligned continuity family.
Scorponok co-commands a motley crew of Decepticon refugees on Earth. Paried with Glowstrike, this gruff but pragmatic bot has little patience for incompetence.

Scorponok was a prisoner aboard the Alchemor when it crashed on Earth, freeing him and many other Decepticons. He teamed up with Glowstrike, gathered a crew of other former prisoners, and established a base in the aft end of the ship, which had landed in a swamp. From there they sent members of the group out to scavenge materials needed to build a new starship and get them off the planet. The pair were unimpressed with Saberhorn and Kickback's work, but were shortly afterwards introduced to Steeljaw, who had followed Kickback home. Metal Meltdown
