Xeptos

Xeptos is a planet in the Microverse, an extradimensional universe accessed by shrinking to subatomic size. The ruling family is fraught with internal power struggles, one of which endangered the life of Ga'mede until he was rescued by the intervention of the Decepticon Magnificus.
