Following directly on from IDW Publishing's The Transformers: Infiltration mini-series, The Transformers: Escalation takes its predecessor's revisions to Generation 1 continuity and ramps up the pressure, as both the Earth-bound operations of the Autobots and Decepticons, and the activities of the human group known as the Machination, kick into high gear. What was, not so long ago, just another skirmish in the cold war between the two alien forces is heating up very rapidly
how the conflagration will spread from here is anyone's guess.
Escalation is followed by Devastation.
