Victor Brandt (born September 19, 1942) is an American actor. He voiced General Crozier on Metalocalypse, Master Pakku on Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Professor Emil Hamilton on Superman: The Anmated Series. Also, he's in that Star Trek episode with the space hippies.
