This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Vamp is a Predacon. Just a Predacon. She certainly isn't one of the Master Renegade's dread creations, the Monster GoBots, infiltrating other realities from Gobotron.

Renegade Rhetoric
In one Gargent reality, Vamp was a Monster Renegade, created by the Master Renegade. Cy-Kill won Vamp to his side by sending Pincher to Antares III as an envoy. Renegade Rhetoric, 15/10/2015 He was forever after concerned that Vamp and her pal Scorp were too clever by half, influencing Pincher and maybe plotting some dissidence. Beast Wars: Uprising
Vector Prime reported that several GoBots from Gargent 984.08 Alpha escaped the Cataclysm by travelling to Primax 209.0 Gamma and integrating themselves in with the local Predacons. Ask Vector Prime, 14/5/2015
