Carlos Alazraqui (born July 20, 1960) is an American voice actor & Comedian. His numerous roles include Mr. Denzel Q. Crocker and Sheldon Dinkleberg on The Fairly Oddparents, Rocko on Rocko's Modern Life, Shipwreck on G.I. Joe Renegades, Bane on Justice League: Doom, Lazlo & Clam on Camp Lazlo, Jonathan Weed on Family Guy, the original voices of the Taco Bell Chihuahua and Ricochet on Mucha Lucha and is widely known live action wise as Deputy James Garcia on Reno 911!.
