Brian Cummings (born March 4, 1948) is an American voice actor and announcer. Among his most famous roles is the loudmouth Mr. Hollywood on 2 Stupid Dogs (which starred Brad Garrett), Doctor Mindbender on G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Papa Bear in The Berenstain Bears, and the voice of Sokolov in the Metal Gear Solid video games.

He was also the announcer for Walt Disney Home Video, Dreamworks Animation Home Entertainment and the Scooby-Doo animated direct to video films; he also served as the announcer and sidekick to Monty Hall for the first season (1984-85) of The All-New Let's Make A Deal (Dean Goss replaced him for season 2).

He is not related to Jim Cummings.
