I know Bodycount was being antagonistic about his changes (not just on the Nemesis Prime entry), but I think blocking him for 2 weeks may have been excessive. We should try to settle editorial conflicts through compromise, like they do at Wikipedia, by rewriting the article to express both points of view and the reasoning behind those views. On the other hand, I have no idea who he is, aside from a vague feeling that he's an Allsparker. You may be more familiar with his habits than I. Maybe he's likely to just be disruptive.
