Kenji Utsumi

Kenji Utsumi (内海 賢二; Utsumi Kenji) (August 26, 1937 - June 13, 2013) was a legendary Japanese voice actor. His extensive resume dates back to the 1960s, during which he voiced such memorable characters as Shen Long in the Dragonball franchise, Major Armstrong in the Full Metal Alchemist franchise, and Apollo Creed in the Rocky franchise. He passed away in 2013 from cancer.
