Can this Twin Cast page be merged with the 2004 Dreamwave clone of Blaster? Okay, we don't know this Twin Cast's story but it is still essentially two similar looking characters with the same name from the same continuity family. One is a clone; one is a head-forming partner. How do we construct a coherent writeup out of that?

We'll know more about Legends Broadcast in time, but based on my knowledge of Japanese Transformers history, Legends Broadcast and Twincast is most likely just Japanese Blaster downsizing to a small blue form and using an enlarging armorsuit which looks like his original red form.
