Wreckage is a combiner from the Of Masters and Mayhem portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

I will wreck and rule!

In the desperate times following the devastation wrought by Thunder Mayhem, the Wreckers fought back with an abomination of their own - Wreckage, a combiner formed from a disparate combination of elements. Formed around Toxitron and enhanced with the mysterious Greenergon, Wreckage is a chaotic mishmash of everyone Impactor could recruit to restore the legendary Autobot strike force, including two Decepticons and a Predacon. Unlike most combiners, Wreckage has a spark of his own and a will separate from that of his components - making him powerful but very unpredictable.

Ultimately, the Wreckers may have created a monster that not even they can control.
