Carlos Alazraqui (born July 20, 1960) is an American voice actor & Comedian. His numerous roles include Mr. Denzel Q. Crocker and Sheldon Dinkleberg on The Fairly Oddparents, Rocko on Rocko's Modern Life, Shipwreck on G.I. Joe Renegades, Bane on Justice League: Doom, Winslow on CatDog, Lazlo & Clam on Camp Lazlo, Jonathan Weed on Family Guy, the original voice of Ricochet on Mucha Lucha and is widely known live action wise as Deputy James Garcia on Reno 911! and even remembered as Gidget the Taco Bell Chihuahua.
