Masaya Onosaka (小野坂 昌也 Onosaka Masaya; born October 13, 1964) is a Japanese voice actor. Some of his roles include Shinji Hirako from Bleach, Don Patch from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Mantarou Kinniku from Kinnikuman Nisei, Takeshi Momoshiro from The Prince of Tennis, Leeron Littner from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Jadeite from Sailor Moon, France from Hetalia, Alessi from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Burter from Dragon Ball Kai, Puri-Puri Prisoner in One-Punch Man and Vash the Stampede from Trigun.

Although he hasn't done much dubbing, he did provide the voice of Jimbo Kern in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and a race commentator in the Speed Racer movie.
