Ki-hyeon Kim (김기현 Kim Ki-hyeon; born June 24, 1945) is a South Korean actor and voice actor. He joined the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's voice acting division in 1970. He is well-known to people as Jang Force (장포스), because of his performance as General Tae-wan Jang in TV drama, The Fifth Republic. His famous voice works include Jet Black in Cowboy Bebop.

In the world of video games, he is known as the voices of Zeratul in StarCraft II franchise, Kil'jaeden the Deceiver in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade and Joel Tirel in The War of Genesis III.
