Adveraros was selected by the Galactic Court on Miras to preside over the trial of the mad genius Primacron. The Autobots were concerned about Adveraros's untrustworthy Quintesson nature, but Adveraros was surprisingly fair in his procedure. He ruled that per longstanding law, Primacron could not be held accountable for the actions of Unicron, and since Grimlock had destroyed Primacron's lab, there was insufficient evidence to link him to Tornedron. Nonetheless, Primacron's mental state and the risk of potential retribution from Unicron and Tornedron's victims necessitated that Primacron be committed to the asylum planet of Doruka III. However, Prowl and Wheeljack realized that the Quintessons were merely sending him there to harvest his brain. The courtroom erupts into chaos between the Autobots trying to stop the trial and the arriving Decepticons trying to capture Primacron for their own ends. Primacron, meanwhile, escaped his manacles and converted them into a high-tech whistle which he used to control of "primitive" transformers in range, including the Quintessons' Sharkticons. He then calmly talked to Adveraros. Primacron considered the ease with which he controlled the primitives as proof of him being the progenitor of all mechanical life, but Adveraros refused to believe such a notion. Primacron then smirked and implied that he had created the Quintesson species itself, but the furious Adveraros dismissed that idea as lies.
