Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

Cutter was one of many G.I. Joe operatives sent to the planet Cybertron to battle its hostile lifeforms. The Joes eventually joined forces with the Autobots against the Decepticons, who had similarly aligned themselves with Cobra. After the Joes set up camp within the Autobots' mobile city, Metroplex, Cutter tattooed an Autobot sigil on Gung-Ho's left arm at his request. He then ran to the front lines alongside Ironhide, Jazz and Jinx to play his part in defending the city. Everybody Hates Metroplex
