Ryō Naitō (内藤 玲 Naitō Ryō born June 22nd, 1974) is a Japanese voice actor who has voiced characters such as Touta Matsuda in Death Note and Ryuji Otogi/Duke Devlin in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters.
