Desire
- Desire is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Desire (ディザイアー Dizaiā) is the leader of the Train Team, even though he has no memories of his life before he evolved into a Micromaster. Carrying a fragment of the Matrix within him, the key to Sixtrain's "Red Mode" ultimate attack, Desire burns with an urge to eradicate evil in all forms. This drive has made him very popular among the Autobots, and a charismatic leader.
Fiction
Micromaster
Desire and the other Train Team members used their combined "Red Mode" to drive the Decepticon Sixwing from an excavation site at the base of a dormant volcano. When two pieces of Cybertronian metal were unearthed, Desire noted that the fragments had to have been there for at least three million years, judging from the depth where they were found. The team had to re-combine to drive off yet another attack by Sixwing. Sixtrain! Activate Red Mode!! After the construction of Metrobase, he helped the newly-arrived Multiforce fight back Sixwing, though Desire was wary of the newcomers at first. The Menace of Landcross's Combining Formation!
Operation Combination
Years later, Desire and the rest of the Six-team Micromasters joined Guard City and the Road Corps in defending Earth from the forces of the Decepticon High Regent Scrash. Operation Combination

When the Fallen attempted to consume the power of Vector Sigma for himself, Metroplex gathered the Autobot trains in defense of Cybertron. Desire and the Train Team joined forces with the Trainbots and Liner Team in a massive coupling that restrained the Fallen long enough for Shouki and Goshooter to finish him off. Train Wars 2

Operation Combination

- An extensive retooling of the Sixliner component Spark, Desire transforms into a Hokkaido Bullet Train engine. He has a "socket" connector tab in the back of his train mode allows him to connect to any fellow Micromaster train or footplate-weapon with a "peg" connector. He also forms the chest of Sixtrain, and can be used in the place of Spark as well. This version of Desire was available only as part of a Sixtrain gift set in Japan. The original Six-Teams are considered among the more difficult Japanese Generation 1 pieces to find.

- In 2003, the entire Sixtrain team was re-released as the fifth The Transformers: Micromaster assortment, in individual boxes with a number visible to show which mold was inside each box. For this release, each character was extensively redecoed, plus the decals from the original version were replaced with paint applications.

- In every case of twelve Train Team Micromasters, two of them were solid-red-plastic "Red Mode" variations. All six Micromasters (and their combiner kibble) were available in this manner.

- Desire, like all of the six-team Micromasters, had no individual bio information whatsoever until his Micromaster release a decade after his original Operation Combination release.
