Emissary was identified as one of the names or aspects of Fortress Maximus in the Builders' era when Survive led a unit to eliminate the robot/base. Head Games

• Fortress Maximus (Titan Class, 2016)

Only available with his partners (both medium and large), Emissary forms the head of Cerebros, who in turn forms the head of Fortress Maximus in the Titans Return subline of Generations. His robot mode is based on Headmaster Spike figure, whilst his head mode is the mouthplated design of Cerebros's character model.

Notes

• The Beast Wars: Uprising version of Emissary is implied to be a Generation 1 version of Robots in Disguise Emissary, rather than the Spike-analogue of his Titans Return figure.
