Flash Runner is a Decepticon from the Transformers Online portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Flash Runner (闪熠狂奔者 Shǎnyì Kuángbēn Zhě) is all about the gorgeous chassis, the colorful paint, the perfect body, and the perfect driving skills. A supreme narcissist, she revels in her own appearance and abilities. If she thinks she's taken damage in battle, everyone better watch out for the epic-level hissy fit that's sure to follow. Thankfully, she's fast enough that few can get close enough to trigger the terrible fury of a woman scratched.

In Axiom Nexus, Flash Runner came across Sideways kidnapping Vector Prime and rushed to her friend Hurricane Hunter's home. Hurricane Hunter convinced Flash Runner to report it to ANN to get on the news for fame.
