Void Pulse is a Decepticon from the Transformers Online portion of the Aligned continuity family.

The cold and cunning Void Pulse has an admirable record as a tracker and killer. More valuable yet to a Decepticon, she has earned the trust of Megatron himself. There are, however, subtle signs that a deeper game may be in play. Some indications point to a close relationship between this master assassin and the arch-schemer Starscream. If she were to join Starscream in his schemes, even the leader of the Decepticons might be in trouble.
