Dani got Lumperooni when she was a child. Pizza Pi Party At some point he got left in the bunker under the fire house. Dani found him when Cody tricked his siblings into going down there to try and bond with the newly-arrived Rescue Bots. Under Pressure

When Dani tried to convince Cody to get rid of some of his childhood belongings, he brought up the fact that she kept Lumperooni to refute her argument. Later she showed him a picture of all the other stuffed animals she didn't keep. Pizza Pi Party
