Once a financial consultant, Raptor now works for Cobra. He wears a bird-themed suit and specializes in falconry.

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe
After Cobra and the Decepticons had forged an alliance, Raptor was stationed on the aliens' homeworld of Cybertron. He tended to the Joes held captive within the mobile city Trypticon, to whom he brought food and religious texts detailing the secret history of the world as taught in the Cobra cult. Everybody Hates Metroplex He also informed the prisoners that those among them with skills Cobra deemed useful would be put to work to "earn their keep." Expelled from the Garden Following the apparent destruction of Earth, Raptor attended a Cobra banquet to celebrate finding a new, superior home on Cybertron. Earth: R.I.P. He then swore allegiance to Cobra Commander when he arrived on Cybertron to take back control of Cobra. Transformers vs. G.I. Joe #12 During the final battle between the Cobra-Decepticon alliance and the Joe-Autobot forces, Raptor and Nemesis Enforcer stole the Matrix and tried to bring it to the Serpentress, only to have it taken from them by Bumblebee. Having survived the war, Raptor went on to establish a tax haven for the newly rich on Mundilfari in the space age that followed. The War Never Ends
