Scorponok is a Decepticon from the Aligned continuity family.
"Miserea cordia!"

To call Scorponok "gruff" is an understatement. This snarling, scowling scorpion has an excessively short temper, and the brawn to back up any threats he makes. And with a deadly stinger-tail in either mode, any bot who doesn't fall into line falls offline.

If there's two things I! hate! It's whiners! And cowards!

Misdirection He was eventually arrested and placed in a stasis pod aboard the Alchemor. After the ship crashed on Earth, Scorponok was one of three prisoners, alongside Glowstrike and Saberhorn, who organized the Decepticons into a militia and overthrew their Mini-Con prison guards, enslaving them. The pair were unimpressed with Saberhorn and Kickback's work, but were shortly afterwards introduced to Steeljaw, who had followed Kickback home. Metal Meltdown Promised a group of elite warriors by Steeljaw, Scorponok and with his Mini-Cons Bludgeon and Clout arrived at the designated meeting place along with Crazybolt and Slicedice, only to be attacked by Bumblebee and Grimlock. Despite initially defeating Grimlock, Scorponok and the other Decepticons were taken in by Bumblebee's sleight of hand, thus letting down their guard, and setting them up for a brutal beatdown. All five were captured and sealed in stasis pods. Steeljaw later fabricated a story that led Glowstrike to believe Scorponok betrayed the cause.Misdirection

Yeah, I don't transform the same way every other Scorponok ever does. You got a problem with that?

Part of the seventh wave Robots in Disguise Warrior Class toys, Scorponok transforms from a robot into a scorpion and back again! He retains the basic transformation scheme of most Scorponok iterations, but with at least some unique tweaks to make him stand out amongst them. He includes a scimitar weapon which he can hold in his hand or plug into the tip of his tail as a sort of stinger weapon, though his tail has a show-accurate articulated stinger already molded in its tip.
This mold was also used to make Paralon.
