Warpath (Kre-O)

Warpath is an Autobot from the Kre-O continuity family.

Warpath likes explosions a whole lot. He turns into a tank specifically so he can make more of them, preferably by exploding Decepticons, but he's not that fussy. He is unsurprisingly fond of the human celebration on the Fourth of July and the card game they play named "War".

Commercial appearances

Warpath was part of a massive battle between Kreons. When Predaking and Bruticus joined the fight, Warpath was one of many Autobots who fled in terror at the sight of them. KRE-O Transformers Micro Changers and Combiners Construction Sets commercial

Part of the first normal wave of Micro-Changer Kreons, Warpath is a blindpacked-bagged mini-figure, though a stamped ID number can be found on the back of the bag, top-right corner. He comes with extra parts to turn him into a tank.

He uses the Ironhide style helmet.

Voted "Loves the Smell of Cryo-Shells in the Morning" by the Kreon Class of '85, this version of Warpath has a much more toy-based deco. The Kreons in this set all use the totally-revamped 2015 style bodies.

In 2016, Collection 1 was re-released in a whole new production run for Dollar General stores in the US as part of a large collection of re-released Kre-O sets. But where most of these releases are nigh-identical to the originals, the re-released Micro-Changer blind-bags use the almost-entirely-retooled 2015 Kreon, with slightly-differently-hued plastics than the originals. (It is possible for some of the add-on pieces to be in the older hues.) Warpath's torso and face tampographs have also been reworked to be slightly more detailed, and the formerly-bare legs now have extra detail tampographing on them. The 1x1 top-clip piece is also slightly different from the original, with a much lower-set clip.

Sadly, this release has no individual-identification code on the bag, requiring you to use the feel-through-the-bag method or just buy blind and hope.
