Emissary is the Titan Master partner to Cerebros, who in turn forms the head of the mighty Fortress Maximus!

He may or may not be Spike Witwicky. Or Galen Kord, for that matter.

Don't confuse him with the many other Emissaries.

• Fortress Maximus (Titan Class, 2016)

Only available with his partners (both medium and large), Emissary forms the head of Cerebros, who in turn forms the head of Fortress Maximus in the Titans Return subline of Generations. His robot mode is based on the Headmaster Spike figure, whilst his head mode is the mouthplated design of Cerebros's character model.
