This article is about the Autobot. For the Transcendent Technomorph, see Scorpia (TransTech).
Scorpia is an Autobot from the Generation 1 and Unicron Trilogy continuity families.
"GET OVER HERE!"

Scorpia transforms from a time machine that is styled like a human watch to a scorpion robot. It is unknown if she retains the ability to travel through time in both modes or if this power is limited to "watch" form.

Fiction

Ask Vector Prime

Once, when Vector Prime believed himself to be 'just' an Autobot matrix-bearer in Aurex 404.11 Kappa, Scorpia served as his bodyguard and fellow adventurer. She had feelings for him and vice versa, and over time and many adventures, they decided to act on their feelings and ignore his rank.

When the Chronarchitect came calling, Scorpia joined Vector in forming the Time Warriors: troubleshooters helping the multiverse until a final battle against Mogahn the Mass.

When Vector learned his true role, he said a tearful goodbye to Scorpia. He tries not to remember her.

An eternity later, after Vector Prime had ceased to be a multiversal singularity, the Vector Prime of Nexus 208.0 Epsilon was assigned a bodyguard named Scorpia and felt a pang of recognition. Ask Vector Prime

Toys

Generation 2

  • Scorpia (Watch, 1993)
The original mold coming from the same Japanese Kronoform line that gave us most of the other Transformers watches (and loads of knock-offs to boot), Scorpia is a fairly rare Generation 2 watch robot, transforming from a functioning digital wristwatch to a robotic scorpion, detachable from the plastic watchband base.

Notes

  • Due to the name ending in the feminine "ia", many fans concluded that Scorpia is a female. Without an official bio in any form, there was nothing to support or refute this claim until 2015 when the Facebook version of Ask Vector Prime canonized it.
  • Strangely, Scorpia was released by Takara in the United States, not Hasbro. The other characters in Takara's Generation 2 wristwatch line were Autobot, Superion, Galvatron, and Ultra Magnus.
