Hi-Tech was part of the G.I. Joe unit that attacked the Transformers in Portland, Oregon. He was one of the Joes destroyed by Rom after the Space Knight appeared. Concorde Hymn

Notes

• Hi-Tech's original G.I. Joe filecard gave his name as "David P. Lewinski," spelled with an "I." However, the first issue of Revolution spells it with a "Y." Since that was Hi-Tech's first appearance in Transformers fiction, we've opted to use the latter spelling.
