Time and the Entropy Cloud

Okay, I will admit I forgot about Karza flying into the cloud at the end of issue #6, but did they say that in the comic that time passes differently in the entropy cloud for different people? Cause I also thought it could have been their encounter with the Time Traveler that messed with things.
