Turtler D.O.V.E.

The Turtler D.O.V.E. is a scale used by the Transcendent Technomorphs in the TransTech continuity.

The Turtler D.O.V.E. (Dynamic Observable Variance Exponent) scale is a measurement of the variance between two universal streams. It was presumably created by (or based on the work of) Turtler.
