The Allowed Zone is a region of space from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Following the horrific Scouring of Nebulos in 2031, the Human Confederacy told the Transformers to bugger off and exiled them to an Allowed Zone: a tiny region of space that encompassed Cybertron and nine colony planets. Beast Wars: Uprising

After the Transformers had been safely quarantined in the Allowed Zone, the war continued on, with both sides ransacking the colonies for infrastructure and wealth. Then Galvatron turned his attention to the tiny planet Rebirth, hoping to use the planet's population of Cyberdroids to replace the ailing Nebulan Headmasters and Targetmasters. A Brush With Infamy

After routing the Autobots and recruiting a slew of new Cyberdroid partners, Galvatron decided that his real enemies were the humans responsible for containing the war. Hoping to take out the nascent human empire before they could grow in power, he launched the Great Push in 2033. The Confederacy handily routed his invasion fleet. To show that they weren't kidding around, the Confederacy announced that the Allowed Zone would now be shrunk in half as punishment, and five of the colonies were sterilized after a ten-day evacuation period. Three hundred years later, the Cybertronian empire had collapsed and the barren world of Elba was their last colony. The Terran ship Spooky Action at a Distance continued to monitor Cybertronian activity. The Cybertronian ship Dinosaur likewise carried out deep space patrols at the fringes of the Allowed Zone. Notes

  • Exactly which planets got the axe and which ones did not has not yet been explicitly stated. "Broken Windshields" mentions "Cyberdroid refugees" travelling to Cybertron, suggesting that their planet didn't survive the human retaliation.
