Keith Silverstein (born December 24, 1970) is an American voice actor. His well-known roles include Johann Liebert in Monster, Kimimaro Kaguya in Naruto, Simon Belmont in Castlevania Judgement, Cain Morris in Tiger & Bunny, Hisoka in Hunter X Hunter, Coyote Starrk in Bleach, Dr. Kirby O'Neil in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Mikoto Suoh in K, Kenji Tsukino & Professor Souichi Tomoe in the 2014 English redub of Sailor Moon, Robert E.O. Speedwagon in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Zasalamel in the Soulcalibur series and the current voice of Vector the Crocodile in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
