Run by executive producer Fever Dream, the ICS was the premier news network (and not incidentally propaganda network) on Builder controlled Cybertron. When the Vehicon Apocalypse threatened to destroy all life on the planet, Rook and producer Aston tried to get the word out from their headquarters at the Verity Tower. Unfortunately, Fever Dream stubbornly clung to the official party line, that the Vehicons were here to help. All of that became moot when the Vehicons assimilated the entire staff during their final live broadcast. Derailment
