Hugo Weaving (April 4, 1960- ) is an Australian actor. He is best known for his roles as Agent Smith in the The Matrix and as Elrond in The Lord of the Rings trilogy of films.

In the Sector 7 ARG, Transformers (2007) and all related fiction, materials, and promotional materials are actually a [|Hungry Dragon|counter-information campaign]], designed to discredit leaks and cover up the existance of N.B.E.s by presenting the facts about them as fictional events. It is suggested that Generation 1 was a similar campaign.
