Galen Witwicky

Galen Witwicky is a human from the Generation 1 continuity family.

It's no fair I tell you. That other crybaby gets to go on adventures with the Autobots, why can't I?

Galen Witwicky is a new generation of the Witwicky family, son of veteran affiliates of the Autobots. In some universes, he is the son of Buster, while in others he is the son of Daniel. There's one known universe where he is actually called Daniel instead. Regardless, Galen is one unlucky kid who doesn't get to do much.

Returning home from a road trip with his Autobot friends, Daniel had a sandwich while listening to Kup's story about a lost stash of energon cubes on Earth. While Daniel wanted to participate in the ensuing treasure hunt, the Autobots deemed it too dangerous for the boy, and Hot Rod drove him home to his parents, Buster and Jesse. Beast Wars: Uprising

An etching of "Galen Witwicky" existed in Fortress Maximus, along with "Spike Witwicky" and "Daniel Witwicky". Plasma, part of the trio that controlled Fortress Maximus, claimed to be Galen, among many other individuals related to the giant. Head Games

The young son of Buster Witwicky, Galen interrupted a video-call his father was making to Spike Witwicky so that Galen could speak to his uncle. He wound up sidetracking the conversation long enough for Spike to dodge the inquiries Buster was making about his mission. Assembly

Note

• While the Classics version of Galen is probably named in honor of Galen the Nebulan, the Uprising version is not as in that universe, Galen Kord is a Cyberdroid.
• As "Daniel" is the name of Buster and Jesse's son in the "The Lost Treasure of Cybertron", he could be considered a version of either Daniel, usually the son of Spike and Carly, or Galen, who shares the same parentage.
