The Lost Light Internal Legal Affairs Committee (or L.L.I.L.A.C.) is a what it sounds like; a committee that decides on the legal affairs of the Lost Light. It's members are:

The Lost Light Internal Legal Affairs Committee convened for the first time to pass judgement on Brainstorm after his attempted murder of Megatron. After hearing him out, the committee ruled that he could remain under strict supervision, and that his time machine would be destroyed.
