IDW Generation 1 continuity

A garrison world during the reign of Nominus Prime, the Presidium was the location of a hidden stockpile of weapons that Nominus found too dangerous to keep on Cybertron. After the war had begun, Starscream acquired the passcodes to this vault and leaked them to Swindle as part of a plan to lure out the Combaticons and have them return to the Decepticon army. The team took the bait and traveled to the Presidium in search of the weapons, instead finding Starscream waiting in the vault and agreeing to come with him. As they departed, the Decepticons blew up the vault, having presumably already taken the weapons. Primacy #2
