Carlos Agosti

Carlos Agosti (July 3, 1922 - December 13, 2002) was a Spanish-born actor and voice actor who did most of his work in Mexico and Los Angeles. His voice roles include Serpentor in the Latin-American Spanish dub of the G. I. Joe cartoon.
