During the Great War, Skidmark with two other buddies crushed "some nameless civilization" on a desert planet. Forever Is a Long Time Coming

After the war ended, Skidmark and his friends became regulars of Gutcruncher's bar, where they were killed in an explosion Fight or Flee by Sandstorm for their crimes. Forever Is a Long Time Coming His body laid in the burning ruins of the bar when the Autobots arrived. Quest for Fire
