Takahiro Sakurai

Takahiro Sakurai (櫻井 孝宏 Sakurai Takahiro, born June 13, 1974) is a Japanese voice actor who is a member of the agency 81 Produce and tends to be typecast in reluctant hero/angsty/arrogant/loner roles. He is known for many roles including being the current voice of the titular character of the Rockman X series, Suzaku Kururugi in Code Geass, Griffith in the Berserk Trilogy, Sasori in Naruto Shippuuden, Rohan Kishibe in in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Takashi Kamiyama in Cromartie High School, Kiyomaru Takamine in Zatch Bell, Yu Kanda in D.Gray-man, Tentomon & Dorulumon in the Digimon series, Shogo Makishima in Psycho-Pass, Bit Cloud in Zoids: New Century Zero, Leon Kuwata in Danganronpa, Claude Faustus in Black Butler, Haseo in .Hack, Kira Izuru in Bleach, Sting Eucliffe in Fairy Tail, Ja'far in Magi, Boma in Heat Guy J, Maximilien Robespierre of Le Chevalier D'Eon, Walter in Tales of Legendia, Guntz from the Klonoa series, and the Medicine Seller in Toei's Mononoke. However, Sakurai's most well known role is being the voice of Cloud Strife from the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII and in the Kingdom Hearts series as well as the fourth Super Smash Bros. game.
In the world of dubbing he is Metus in Bionicle: The Legend Reborn, Robert Dudley, 1st Earl of Leicester in Elizabeth I, Jake Forrester in Piranha 3D, John Lennon in Nowhere Boy, Edward Cullen in the Twilight series, and the singing voice of Marshall Lee the Vampire King in Adventure Time.
