Stellar-cycle
From MediaWiki
- A stellar cycle is a Transformer unit of time.
Stellar-cycles have two similar-but-not-irreconcileable usages.
- In Beast Machines, stellar-cycle refers to a year-period, or the amount of time it takes for Cybertron to complete a circle around its star.
- Beginning from 2005 IDW standardized many Transformer time-measurements. In their parlance, a Stellar-cycle is ~7.5 months.
It's possible that these are two different measurements of time, or the IDW stellar cycle measurement can be retroactively applied to other continuities.
