Released in Series 2 of Tiny Turbo Changers, Chopter is a green repaint of Blackout and as such changes from robot to an unlicensed approximation of the MH53 Pave-Low Helicopter and back. He features ball-jointed shoulders and his hands are compatible with Cyberverse weapons and other small accessories.
