- Quintessa is an alien from The Last Knight portion of the live-action film series continuity family.
Quintessa is a mysterious and powerful space sorceress with ties to Cybertron. Whether she is one of the Creators remains to be determined. She is the creator of Optimus Prime.
Fiction
The Last Knight film
Optimus Prime crash-lands on the planet. Finding that Cybertron is dead, Optimus confronts his creator, a powerful sorceress named Quintessa; she corrupts Prime so he does her bidding as Nemesis Prime - destroy Earth, or "Unicron", so Cybertron can live.
At Stonehenge, Megatron works with Quintessa and uses the staff to activate the machine, controlling Cybertron. As Quintessa commences Cybertron's resurrection, the Autobots battle Megatron, who is wounded by Drift and defeated by Optimus. Quintessa is seemingly vanquished by Bumblebee, and Viviane removes the sword - stopping the collision of Cybertron.
In a mid-credits scene, scientists inspect a part of Unicron. Quintessa, now disguised as a human, arrives and offers them a way to destroy the being. Transformers: The Last Knight
