Windblade's doctor is tending to Windblade at the orders of Starscream. He's a hopeful sort but often has to be the bearer of bad news.

The doctor accosted Starscream in a corridor, verbally sparring with Rattrap over who had the higher priority to the High Chancellor's time before Starscream, fed up, agreed to let the doctor speak with him for a minute. The doctor explained to Starscream that instead of being brain-dead as had been thought, Windblade's brain module contained two consiousnesses - her own, and Vigilem's, and the battling between them was overloading her system to keep her in a coma. He suggested that a mnemosurgeon might be able to help the "savior of Cybertron", only to have Starscream explode that he had also saved Cybertron and nobody was eager to help him and storm out.
