- When boarding Blastwave's ship, only three Autobots exit the GroundBridge before it closes, although all five are shown aboard the ship.
- When attempting to hang on in the depressuringing cargo bay, at least one of the Autobots is hanging outside the open doors, then they slip further, then the doors close and everyone is inside...
- The initial UK airing of the episode included the credits from "Pilot (Part 1)". Whoops!
