Mario Milita

Mario Milita (June 26, 1923 - August 22, 2017) was an Italian voice actor. He voiced Fred Flintstone in The Flintstones, Grandpa Simpson in The Simpsons, Treebeard in Ralph Bakshi's The Lord of the Rings, Eggplant Wizard in Captain N: The Game Master, Statler in the first episodes of The Muppet Show (he later took the role of Waldorf instead) and Fred Sanford in Sanford and Son, among others.
