Vorg and Narfl's buddy is an alien from the Classics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Vorg and Narfl's buddy hangs out a lot with his friends. He is the silent type, which is the only thing that makes him distinguishable from Vorg.

Vorg and Narfl's buddy was hired alongside his comrades by the sentient spaceship Amory to track down Nightbeat so she could hire the detective to find her missing partner. A slightly agitated Vorg and Nightbeat got in the way of an easy job, and both the buddy and Vorg got themselves knocked out cold by Nightbeat's crew. Narfl managed to finish the job alone, so the buddy probably at least got the money for his effort. Cheap Shots
