Before the the war of the Thirteen Tribes, Megatronus attacked Septimus Prime's region of Protihex and annexed it into the Darklands. Twins Galvatron and Arcee were among those from Protihex who joined Megatronus' forces Origin Myth and thus would identify the Darklands as their home The Mind Bomb The Crucible Future Glories Lost.
