Lin Dongfu (林栋甫, Lín Dòngfŭ, born in January 28, 1957) is a Chinese actor, voice actor and director. He is known as the Mandarin voice of Soundwave in The Transformers (cartoon), and his classical operatic sound in the Mandarin dub.
